Which events or activities did you find the most satisfying and why?

The most satistfying event was when the American program went to the yamanshi/hakone trip! it was so fun and I learned so much about the country side of Japan that I didn't know of before. I will never forget that day.

Why did you select this program?

Because I heard so many good things about the KCP program and since I always been interest in Japanese and Japanese culture I decided to give it a try and I happy I did because I plan on coming back in the summer to continue my studies.

What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?

The most interesting aspect was the culture classes we had. There was nothing least interesting to me.

Any further thoughts or tips for those considering the program or new KCP students?

If you're thinking about doing this program , go for it ! you will improve your Japanese and so many ways and learn more about Japanese culture that you never new of. I recommend studying as much as you can ,but also have fun learning Japanese and exploring and also making new friends. The experience at Kcp will be worth it all!

Testimonials

Choosing KCP was largely to do with the ease of application. A lot of other summer courses required a lot of paperwork and recommendations and transcripts that are a big pain to gather. But KCP’s application process was very easy and self-explanatory! Also, the student life photos looked interesting!
