Blackouts planned for Tokyo area
Tokyo Electric Power (http://www.tepco.co.jp/en/index-e.html) announced planned power cuts in select areas of the Tokyo Metro area and surrounding areas beginning Monday in an attempt to save power and avoid a massive blackout. We will be in contact with our Tokyo campus shortly and will post any new information at that time.
