Which events or activities did you find the most satisfying and why?

The trip to Edo Wonderland was my favorite. It was a very beautiful area and the shows and experience was very fun.

What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?

The US program field trips were the most productive and interesting aspects. They were so much fun and interesting and I learned a lot. The least interesting and productive were the US special classes. I found that I didn’t learn as much as I hoped to and I didn’t enjoy them as much as I wanted to.

What activities or materials did you find most helpful (e.g., pair work, drill practice, tests, small group sessions, textbooks, games)?

The 勉強ノート and the English support worksheets were the items I found most helpful. They helped me succeed in the grammar tests.

What did you find most valuable in the Culture Course?

I loved exploring those areas on the field trips because without them I would of have never went to those places. It was very interesting and fun to me.

Any comments or tips for prospective/new KCP students?

Definitely keep a tidy and clean room/workplace to keep motivation. Also, make sure to actually study outside of class and outside of just doing your homework. Also, I really recommend the English support classes because the worksheets and extra help is extremely helpful with understand the content more, and also staying motivated to study.

It was a very convenient program length/dates and the cost was one of the best I’d ever seen.
